Newly created products (after an Export profile has been created) are not added to the XML feed.


  1. Check connector configuration, specificaly the option Automaticaly add new products to export profiles
  2. Check if the new products are associated with any category.
  3. Check the Product filter in Export profile. If you use Category-Product Filter, make you sure that the category with new products is selected for export in the filter.
  4. Reindex Product and Category Flat Index.
  5. Try to run the Export profile again.

If the all above mentioned steps have not helped, check also following:

  1. Koongo Connector works correctly only with Flat Catalog enabled. Thus, duble check if you have enabled Flat Catalog Category and Flat Catalog Products for the same Website/Store/Store View as you had chosen during the first step of Export profile creation process. If you reached this step, both options are probably disabled in your configuration.
  2. Reindex Product and Category Flat Index.
  3. Try to run the Export profile again.
