- Koongo Connector works correctly only with Flat Catalog enabled. Thus, duble check if you have enabled Flat Catalog Category and Flat Catalog Products. If for the same Website/Store/Store View as you had chosen during the first step of Export profile creation process. If you reached this step, both options are probably disabled in your configuration.
- Reindex Product and Category Flat Index.
- Try to run the Export profile again.
